Uploader v1 ("the App") is a private, internal tool built for personal use by its operator. It is not distributed publicly and does not accept sign-ups from other users.
The App is used exclusively by its operator to publish video content to TikTok accounts the operator personally owns and controls, in compliance with TikTok's Developer Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

Use of the App is subject to and governed by TikTok's own Developer Terms of Service, which take precedence over any conflicting term herein.
